All client information and requests are securely uploaded and stored in a shared OneDrive folders with completed SOAs also uploaded to the shared folder.

When we engage the use of a contractor to complete work, they will only have access to the relevant client folder for the period of time they require it to complete their work. We can monitor how your folder is accessed and used, and no information is to be removed or downloaded from your shared folder.

We will only retain the completed SOA on file until you advise us that the SOA is finalised or for a maximum period of 10 days.

We do not retain any sensitive client information on our system once a request has been completed.
